Requirement:
You want your company to achieve certification to a specific quality,
environmental or occupational health & safety standard. This is probably to
satisfy the approval requirements of an OEM or a Tier 1 supplier. You
therefore want to achieve certification in a timely and effective way.

Although there may be a desire to achieve certification, in our experience
many implementations fail long before this point. The required activities
often don’t start or they get increasingly delayed and then stall. The other
common failure is that people don’t use the implemented system.
