What Is
The Content And Structure?
The
initial part of the training covers the theory and a
run-through of the ISO9001 or ISO/TS16949 standard. This is particularly beneficial in
helping the attendees understand the language of the standard and what is
actually expected.
Training
audits are planned and conducted with the attendees. This includes
> Creation of the audit checklist /
turtle creation
> Conducting the audit and identifying
non-conformances
> Creating the audit report and managing
the follow-up actions
A review
is held with the attendees after each audit to review lessons-learned and address
any knowledge gaps.
The experience of
auditing real auditees in a facilitated situation is designed to give the
attendees confidence to question and challenge what they are being told.
This helps them to become much more effective as an auditor.
