	What Is The Format? The Problem Solving Training is delivered through workshops at your premises. The cost is based on delivery not the number of attendees and is therefore particularly suited to groups of 6 or more. Who Should Attend? It is intended for any of your people who are required to lead or participate in a team to solve product or process problems.
What Is The Content And Structure? The workshop goes through each stage of structured / 8D problem solving from containment to verification. It includes the theory and use of all of the main tools including: Pareto Analysis; The 5 Whys; Is / Is Not and Fishbone / Ishikawa Analysis. We immediately build on the theory by solving a real product or process from your business. This is achieved through facilitation of the group through each stage of the problem solving process. It is supported by our knowledge of design and manufacturing processes.
